Important Note

Our package price may subject to change without prior notice in the event of peak period surcharge, airfare adjustment, hotel room availability, reduction no. of pax, currency fluctuate and Goods & Services Taxes (GST).

Reservation

A name list of all travelers (names as in passport) is required at the time of reservation. Failure to provide accurate name information can result in problems with security and control authorities and passenger processing.

Non-Refundable Deposit / Full Payment

  1. Following your confirmation and our mutual understanding, a NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT (50%) is required upon confirmation of acceptance of our tour quotation in order to secure your booking arrangement (Ad-Hoc basis). The balance of the tour price should reach us at least two (02) weeks prior to the departure date.
  2. Should we not receive the 50% deposit upon confirmation, all rooms will be automatically released.
  3. However, for group bookings, FULL PAYMENT to be made 01 month before date of departure.

Mode Of Payment

  1. Payment can be made via CASH, COMPANY CHEQUE, TELEGRAPHIC TRANSFER, CREDIT CARDS OR BANK DRAFT.
  2. Company cheque can only be accepted if departure is more than 14 working days from the date written on the cheque.
  3. No personal cheque will be accepted.
  4. Additional 3% will be charged for payment via credit card.
  5. Payment should be made, payable to:
    • Bank Name : MALAYAN BANKING BERHAD (MAYBANK)
    • Acc Name : DELIVER TRAVEL & TOURS SDN BHD
    • Acc No. : 5644 0900 1582 (Kindly fax to us the bank-in slip)

Change Of Itinerary Fee

A fee of RM50.00 per booking will be charged, should there be any changes on the itinerary after confirmation

Late Booking

  1. Late bookings up to 7 working days prior to departure will be accepted subject to availability of flights and accommodation.
  2. Late bookings request should be accompanied by full payment upon reservation, which will be fully refunded should we not be able to confirm the requested booking

Cancellation / No Show / Refund Policy

  1. In the event of cancellation after settlement of deposit and / or full payment, a written notice is required to avoid any misunderstandings.
  2. Please note that AIRLINES AND HOTELS ARE EXTREMELY STRICT on the cancellation and subject to 30 days cut-off date policy before group arrives (subject to hotels & airlines terms & conditions).
  3. In the event of any cancellation (30 days) before the cut-off period, pending group size, you may be subjected to a 75% cancellation fee. Should you cancel after the cut-off date, full cancellation fees will apply
  4. In the event of cancellation of tour reservations, the following CANCELLATION CHARGES (per person) shall apply:
    • After confirmation of acceptance : 10 % of package price
    • 60 days prior to departure : 25% of package price
    • 31 –59 days prior to departure : 50 % of package price
    • 15 – 30 days prior to departure : 75 % of package price
    • Less than 14 days prior to departure : 100 % of package price
  5. After commencement of travel, no refund in part for UN-utilize services included in the programmed.

Unused Services

After commencement of event / travel, no refund, in part or in full, will be given for services included in the program which are partially or totally not utilized.

Items Not Included in The Tour

Items not included in the tour are excess baggage charges, telephone calls, beverages, wine, laundry, tips and gratuities to porters, guide and driver and all items of a purely personal nature UNLESS specified otherwise.

Responsibilities

DELIVER TRAVEL & TOURS Sdn Bhd (hereinafter referred to as DTT) and/or its associated agent/s act merely as agents to other principals who supply services for the tour. As such, DTT and / or its associated agent/s shall not be held liable for any delay, change, omission or cancellation of services or any loss, damage or injury suffered by tour member as a result of negligent or deliberate act/s of any person, employee, agent, servant or representative outside of its direct employment or any unforeseen occurrences beyond its control including all factors that tantamount to and deemed as Acts of God. By purchasing and accepting our services, it is deemed that the customer / traveler fully accept the conditions, terms and tariffs, which are set by the individual suppliers for the exchange of their services. DTT and/or its associated agent/s further reserves the right to demand, postpone, or cancel any or all parts of a program / tour arrangement under unfavorable conditions. Should a tour or an arrangement be cancelled, equitable refund shall be made to each customer / traveler but the refund sum shall not exceed the original amount paid for the event / package.

Travel Insurance, Liability & Responsibility

With the widespread of viruses worldwide, accident, death, riot ,revolt, frequent flight delays, increasing cases of mishandled baggage, be it damage or total loss and sickness, travel insurance has become a necessity for those who travel.

Therefore, we strongly advise that all passengers to purchase the travel insurance prior to departure as DELIVER TRAVEL & TOURS SDN BHD will not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, accident, death or delay that may be incurred by any passenger due to the action of the company, its employees or agents.
